Excellent location, spacious and cozy room,very clean, located in a very beautiful and well-kept garden. Good and tasty breakfasts and dinners. Very kind staff.

Location was awesome, close to everything. Staff were very efficient and prepared take-away breakfast for us when we had an early morning hike. Loved seeing the monkeys in the trees from our room.

Room was damp, smelled of mould. Bed was very hard.

Fine location on the edge of town and greenery and very close to the Reserve. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Large and beautifully set swimming pool. Monkeys everywhere (if you like monkeys) Very comfortable huge bed.

Due to risk of monkey access, one has to keep the room mostly closed, making it hard to ventilate. Though there are safe boxes at Reception, a keycode safe actually in the room is really important and this was an omission. Bedside light on only one side. No hot water in the evenings. The Resort is good value but showing signs of age. Bathroom especially needs renovation. The excellent staff redeem most things, however

The forest ambience is awesome, including the black monkeys. There's a lot of staff managing the premises and grounds. We couldn't have breakfast because we had stomach issues. So the manager went out of the way to get us ginger lemon soda, and another associate helped us package our toast.

Staff especially Jittin from reception, very nice manner. Restaurant food was good and nice staff. Location, convenient for park trips and lively streets and shops.
