Amidhara Resort

There was water leaks from the roof on two seperate days. The mattress was smaller than the bead. The common area was unclean and the wall had paint pealing off the wall.The breakfast service was poor as they were short of staff. On the positive side the pool was clean and well maintained.

The hotel location is intentionally, and fraudulently, incorrect. It is not in the centre of town but rather a few km away down a dark road

It is a big resort with lots of trees. By look it is good.

Room given to us smells. Bathroom doesn't seems to be cleaned since ages. It is a tired property need a big internal renovation. Restaurant in the resort is pricey.

No maintained properly for the value of money that is been charged

Hotel is good but all the food items including mineral water were expensive.

Did not like the food. Food option was very limited.

No hot water, Jayantibhai was good to bring hot water in buckets. Receipt was given without managers signature. One manager was excellent in greeting but the other had no smile of enthusiasm Looks that the tourists have abused the furniture and cabinets, so it was below our expectations.

The resort is pretty close to the Sinh Sadan pickup point, that was convenient to have. They also provided good food for Breakfast and Dinner. They serve you a full 5-6 course meal unlimited portions which is included in the booking.

The staff members were confusing, they had an argument with our driver because of which he had to leave the premises and dine elsewhere. Furthermore, when I ordered water / tea to my room, different staff members provided contradictory answers because of which our experience was tampered. The facilities and games were all wither broken or poor quality. The room was tiny.

Food was fine.

Property is old and is not upto date. Hot water was not available, tissue paper was not available into the bathroom. Ample toilet paper was not available, enough shampoo, soap and towels were not available. Rooms furniture was outdated and worn out.
