Nothing as we did not manage to get to the place...

This establishment is shocking in its response. I have sent them 2 emails and to-date have not had a response or acknowledgment of my emails. As we were en route to Puncak with our driver, we were informed by the police that we could not enter the 'top level' to get to the resort as it was closed. We then had to turn back after driving for more than 2 hours, and not having accommodation to stay in, quickly had to make a plan and then to top it all, had to fork out an additional 550MR to the driver for the return trip. I have sent this resort 2 emails advising them of the situation and requested a refund, but not so much as an acknowledgment or response. Poor and shocking service experience...
