Calm and Quiet Property and Very Supportive Owners & Staff Members. The owner amidst his busy schedule as a famous business person of Alappuzha District was very supportive to take Good care of the guests who were staying in his property.

Some object fell on the roof area of the washroom of the cottage in which we stayed on the First day and we informed the staff about it and by the noon time of the Second day a big wooden plank fell into the washroom floor from the top portion and the staff members came to fix it and gave us another room at the time the maintenance and cleaning works were done.It was fixed in around 30-45 minutes and we were allowed to continue in the same room.They couldn't give us another cottage as there were only 3 cottages in the property and all had been prebooked as per the staff members.
