"scammed"

this is a scam … I booked through bookings.com for the 10th I was denied room I was with my wife and two young daughters made me wait for 1 hour and didn’t allow me to check in because they have offline allowed people to check in. they made alternative arrangements without even considering the safety of a family with three female. they are venomous. I am filing a police complaint against them

The location close to the main road and walking distance from the sea, spacious rooms, clean bed linen, the swimming pool , lawn and plants in the front yard etc.

Ground floor bathroom geyser not working. No geyser at all in the first floor room given to us. Western commodes not very clean. Utensils in the kitchen very old and highly used ones. No dustbins in the rooms or even in kitchen.
