C'était une de nos meilleures expériences en termes de contact avec le personnel d'un hôtel. Ce n'étaient pas juste des personnes souriantes comme il y en a partout à Bali, mais des personnes vraiment à l'écoute, disponibles qui prennent le temps de discuter avec leurs hôtes. La propriétaire nous a raconté l'histoire de cette villa magnifique, comment elle y est née, l'impact du Covid sur l'île et comment tout a changé ces dernières années pour les locaux avec des étrangers qui construisent des complexes hôteliers partout, qui se remplissent alors qu'ils sont plus chers. Et comment ces villas magnifiques ont été délaissées et les locaux se retrouvent avec trop de charges à assumer pour les entretenir par rapport aux revenus. Donc si vous cherchez un lieu moderne, nickel, une chambre qui correspond aux photos... Ce n'est pas le meilleur choix. Par contre si vous cherchez de l'histoire, de l'authenticité, une vue incroyable... Allez y ! C'est assez proche de la Virgin Beach, accessible en moto ou en taxi, une super belle plage isolée, et du Water Palace. À 3 minutes à pied il y a un super bon resto (mais un peu cher), sinon la propriétaire était allée nous chercher quelques repas à emporter un peu plus loin (vraiment pas cher). Nous avons passé un super moment et nos enfants aussi !

Le cadre était incroyable. La piscine avec la mer en perspective et le joli jardin bien entretenu. Le bruit des vagues qui se cassent. La gentillesse de Catharina qui était à nos petits soins : préparation de la chambre à la dernière minute, location de scooters,… Warung chic juste à côté est délicieux et pratique car accessible à pieds depuis la Villa.

L’établissement est vieillissant. Il est d’ailleurs en vente. Il faut être véhiculé.

The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly.

We didn't like leaving.

Unsure why so little reviews, I guess this isn't a very popular area in bali. This place is awesome, make sure to get the Deluxe Triple Room with Sea View as its such a awesome view.

Arjuna Bungalows is a very beautiful small resort on a cliff. Guest have a lot of privacy. we loved the pool with the ocean views, and sitting on our private terrace all day, relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves. The staff is super good, very friendly and caring.

The beds in villa 6 can better be renewed.

Absolutely perfect. Magnificent address: on top of a cliff, with a nice swimming pool. We had the chance to have a room with a view on the sea and on the pool. The staff is helpful (they found us a good driver for a fair price to visit the surroundings). Cheap but sufficient breakfast.

No access to the sea right below the hotel (rocks and waves), but alternative 5 min walk away.

We stayed in the cliffhouse and our terrace was supplied with a day bed/table and chairs plus a big hammock.The views down the coast were amazing from both room and terrace.Breakfast of pancakes(a big stack)or omellette/boiled/scrambled or poached eggs,toast,fruit and coffee.We ate there every night for $10 each and the food was always excellent.Our week was so lovely and we will be back again for our 3rd visit.Thanks everyone for looking after us so welll.We loved staying with you.

I think the mattresses need replacing.

We liked everything about this place. The Host was so nice and we felt like staying for a bit longer.
