Prestige Sands Resort

Nice resort area.

We were with a disabled person in wheelchair. Before our stay we asked for a room without stairs. And got answer that everything is ok with that. When we came into hotel we saw that they havent got any room without any stairs or very steep 45⁰ ramp. There were elevators, but they were too small for a wheelchair. The staff tried to help us, but they cannot do anything because the hotel in not suitable for disabled persons.

Location: very good if you look to relax (not noisy and lot of people like the center) . It is positioned right next to the beach and arranged nicely. Personal: was very friendly and helpful. Room: was well equiped for an aparthotel( washing machine, drier etc) Cleaning: it was clean when we arriwed, tale in consideration that is an aparthotel there is only one cleaning per week, and only if you stay more than a 7 day. So you need to keep it clean. Food: had a large variety and was very tasty. It is definitely one of the best i have seen in hotels. It even had theme nights with special dishes.

Apartment: even if it was very well equipped and it was great there were some minor drawbacks: the toilet was hard to flush, as the button was broken, we had some ants in the room and time to time there was some funny smell in the room. Actually that was only some minor inconvenience.

Location - right at the beach Great animation program, kids loved it Pools are big enough, it doesn’t feel crowded Big apartment with sea view Very well maintained greenery Free games - air hockey, table tennis, table soccer Restaurant in the property had huge portions Nice staff, especially the animators Club dance at the end of every evening program was fun

As all other hotels in the area (we have visited a few) there is problem with ants, no matter how much you clean they keep finding their way in… Kitchen needs more utensils, plates and cups for the size of the apartment
