The resort is pet friendly and located at a beautiful location which offers you a view of the surrounding mountains and it's an amazing wow experience for nature lovers who like greenery, flowers, gardens and nice comfortable hotel, I visited on 19th june and it rained heavily which was really nice. I visited kainchi dham baba neem karoli ashram it's half an hour drive from the resort (8 km)

I would have rated it 10 but I rated it 8 as the booking.Com site showed this resort to be having air conditioning which is not true at all, the rooms only have one fan and villa with drawing rooms did not have fan in drawing room, also the lights went off and no power backup was there, I went to enjoy in mountains but no AC in rooms and no fans in rooms and no power backup was really disheartening and I feel cheated as I selected this resort filtering AC option from booking. Com as I went there to have some relief from delhi heat (47 degree celsius)

Beautiful Location, Excellent Hospitality by staff, always available on call despite large area of property. Food was good. Excellent place for family leisure time. Nice rainy weather made the place even more beautiful. Nice garden and play area for kids.

Location and Viewing points. Room Size and Cleaning. Garden, Terrace View Point, Kids Play Area etc Staff and services.

All mentioned facilities on booking were not available . Seems copy pasted from somewhere. Matters wasn't much comfortable. Washbasin installation too high. Leakage and another washroom was non functional. On the common terrace there was a lot of empty bottles and cans. Should need daily cleaning.
