Lokacija odlična, osoblje za 10. Recepcionarka je čak ostala posle radnog vremena da bi mogli uraditi check-in. Staze za skijanje dobre. Zoo vrt iako malo siromašniji, opet ima lijepe životinje. Konobari u restoranima odlični - sa šarmom i osmijehom.

Zakazali smo apartman sa balkonom - nismo ga dobili. Dobili smo apartman bez balkona, sa jako visokom cijenom - u cijenu ne ulazi niti bar doručak. Problem sa tušom koji non-stop mijenja temperaturu vode sam od sebe.
