Czytałam opinie o wystroju PRL, odbieram to na plus. Miła obsługa, czysty pokój i łazienka, czysta pościel i wygodne łóżko oraz lodowka. Miłym zaskoczeniem jest kuchnia z której można korzystać, posiadająca mikrofalówkę, czajnik elektryczny, kuchenkę, lodówkę i zmywarkę. W okolicy są bary z pysznym domowym jedzeniem, duży bazar i przystanek tramwajowy linii 79, którym można dojechać do centrum i nas Stare Miasto.

Ruchoma podłoga brodzika, urwane przykrycie i pordzewiały kosz w łazience, prawdopodobnie zarwane łóżko na wprost wejścia, zamrażalnik pełen lodu nie można nic włożyć by zamrozić. Kto wymyślił umywalkę tak blisko sedesu. Za ten stan powinno być 50 % ceny za wynajem.
