The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent and reliable throughout the stay. The room was generally comfortable, making the stay pleasant overall.

For the price paid, breakfast should have been included. Body wash, shampoo were not replenished daily. The minibar/fridge was empty, with no soft drinks or refreshments provided. The washroom mirror was installed too high and was not comfortable to use, as I could not even see my entire head in it. A drying rack was listed as an amenity but was not provided. As a biker couple traveling during the rainy season, a drying rack was essential for drying riding gear and clothes. No laundry facilities were available, which was inconvenient, especially for travelers on longer trips. Overall, these missing amenities reduced the comfort and value for money of the stay.

Comfortable and relaxed stay. Service and the behaviour of staff to be appreciated.Food was also tasty and Hygienic. Once again Thanks for the exemplorary service of staff including Manager. Location Its ok. Enjoyed much.

It’s clean and good value for money

We booked the hotel through Booking.com and initially received an automated message requesting payment via bank transfer. We sent several messages to clarify this but unfortunately did not receive any response until one day before our arrival, when we were informed that the booking might be cancelled due to non-payment. During check-in, the reception staff mentioned that our booking had not been paid for, even though payment had already been made. This led to some confusion, as it seemed there was a lack of coordination or clarity on their end. Additionally, we found the staff at the reception to be somewhat unapproachable and not very attentive. Overall, the service felt less welcoming than expected, as basic acknowledgment and customer care seemed to be lacking. Last but not least all the minibars in the hotel DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

Food is good but not satisfied

Een erg mooi en nieuw hotel. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De keuken had ook voor het dinner lekkere maaltijden. Ook erg mooie uitzichten vanaf het restaurant.

Onze kamer stonk naar rooklucht van vorige gasten. Deze heeft ons hele verbleef in de kamer gehangen.
