1. Pool had frogs running around and pool was not clean 2. Room had rats which ate our personal belongings 3. Though room was given in a ambience of tent but overall atmosphere was very suffocating 4. Nothing was done by staff...when informed about the concern faced.

Rooms and specially washroom get flooded after shower TV set top box was not recharged Water bottle only 1ltr for 2 people in one room Pool table balls and sticks was damaged on maintenance at all Table tennis rackets were damaged Swimming pool water was not cleaned and maintained properly No shower area or changing room for swimming

Very courteous staff. Rooms were clean and well furnished and the food was excellent. good holiday place to be with your pet.

Parking could be better organised. Careless parking by guests across two bays wasted space.

location is excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful. food is really good especially breakfast. lush green lawns. GM of the resort Mr. Debashish Mazumdar is always there to help you. he is always available on phone and any request is taken care of immediately. response is very fast. they can arrange for non fire and music etc.
