Many rooms with good size beds and can stay in big groups. There were many kitchen appliances and cutleries in the kitchen, fridge, stove, bbq, karaoke, steamboat. We had the whole spacious kitchen to ourselves. The environment is surrounded by nature. It's cooling and spacious with a nice stream running next to where we stayed. Bigger rooms has windows while the smaller rooms may not have one. Ms Alma and her team was responsive and there tried their best to make our stay better.

There were 2 separate facilities. When we booked the photos showed the main beautiful villa but we didn't know we got booked at the uphill instead of this main villa. The uphill setup is totally different from this pic (see our uploads) and we are not allowed to use the swimming pool or pool table despite having these facilities published in the website for guests to use. Cleanliness is average especially toilets, curtains, sink and kitchen was dirty. Water issues. The toilets have a bad urine smell that can't be washed away. Can do better at checking that the cleanliness, toilet rolls, kitchen, lights and water are available and not faulty when we checked-in so we need not spend time calling and waiting for it to be rectified. It will be good for them to provide simple breakfast and snacks for the guest for the price we paid. No food available and we have to cook or eat outside. The number of beds in the bedroom indicated in booking needs to be updated with the actual beds in each room. We need to reorganize the rooms per family when we reached. We have given the agent feedback throughout to improve and they acknowledge the gaps.
