"Mac ( front desk supervisor) ruined the whole experience"

The property food and the entire staff was excellent except one person on the front desk. His name is Mac ( Asian guy ). He was the supervisor and extremely rude to us while checking out. His way of speaking was was very very demeaning.

Mac ( the guy on the front desk ) extremely rude. He shouldn’t be working in the hospitality industry. He should be made to work at back office as he had no respect for the hotel guests. This was the first time in Thailand that a five star resort employee was so rude and condescending.

Everything was lovely, especially the staff who at every opportunity were considerate, helpful and really made our stay special.
