Loved everything

The room was a big. The balcony was nice.

Shower and faucets water smell very bad. People smoked near our cabin. We couldn’t enjoy at the beautiful balcony because of smoking smell. Every morning, we found bats poos in the balcony and we had to ask a housekeeper to clean it. The breakfast menu doesn’t have much variety. They had only instant coffee.

Excellent location, nice pool.

Outside guests seem to be the priority for the beach area.

The resort certainly got potential. If only it would be maintained properly by people with the right attitude.

BEDBUGS ALERT! We initially thought that we got so badly bitten by mosquitos, despite putting liters of repellents on ourselves. Now we know these were BEDBUGS! Avoid at all cost. The lack of higene is terrifying. The houses were dirty both from the outside as well as inside. Every time there was room service we had spent a good 2 hrs killing all the mosquitos they let in. In the end, we left heavily bitten. The bathtub that was part of the villa, was completely unusable. The water was literally brown on our second day. There were some sand leftovers that no one cared to clean for the whole week of our stay (cannot tell when and even if it was ever cleaned). The food at the restaurant was just so bad that we gave up after the third try and started dinning around. The Benedict egg, for breakfast, was served with cold meat (they didn't even care to warm it up properly) with a warm egg on top. The meat had some small pieces of skin and bone, awful. Our son's pancakes were served 40 minutes after the other plates, we ended up sharing what we had and when we left the table they offered that they would bring these pancakes to our room. So that we can have them cold later? Persuading the waitress that we are not going to pay for them took some serious wee effort. On the day of arrival, we ordered an express laundry service. The front desk said it takes 2 hrs. Awesome! After 4 came to check the status, it wasn't ready. After 6 came again, as that was the time we were going to sleep already, it still wasn't there. The front desk said it will be in half an hour, at that time it didn't matter, as we wouldn't pick it up until morning anyways. Still, they argued that it was an express service and I have to pay.
