Lovely property, location and friendly

Mobile reception was poor and wifi is only available at the dining place

Its a decent place with this price range, there is a Patang beach which is just 20 metres walk from this place. Its a beautiful, untouched clean beach. Staff are very supportive

We went during monsoon, so the entrance lane to the resort was filled with water. Cars were accessible but one cant walk through the lanes. Also it’s far from the city centre no shops and restaurants are available nearby.

The staff were friendly and had a good experience

Ambience

Such a bad & inconvenient location, with mud & slush right before you enter. It was a nightmare! Plus the owner who stays right there, was super rude to us & would keep an eye on the happenings.

Clean and neat room, very helpful staff, beach right behind the property.

It is a small property, the road leading upto the property is very narrow and muddy so the access is a little difficult. Nonetheless it is a good value for money stay, nothing fancy just a neat and tidy place to spend a night or two while you explore Gokarna
