-Staff is good despite of the language barrier. -Affordable price

-Less transportation options/services(grab or tuktuk doesn't prefer to go there since the location quite far from main city). -It will be perfect if motorcycle/scooter rental available nearby.

The resort is quite far from Hatyai City, about 8-10km away from Hatyai. There is no any convenient store by walking distance, if you want out buy something you need to drive out. No public transport around. WiFi is no working inside room, you need to go out room only able to connect WiFi. This is I dislike the most. Resort was very old. There is insects flying inside room out of nowhere even you close windows. During night time was little scare due to resort surroundings very quiet and dark. No breakfast store around resort by walking distance.
