Multiple swimming pools and the maintenance and cleaners.

Pool has no lighting, you have to walk to the bar and get your drinks if you are in the pool, there's no beach, our WiFi never worked in 3 days, they were doing construction which was noisy near the pool, there's no shops or anything near so prepare to pay top dollar for average food. The place was like a ghost town, in 3 days I seen 20 people. So they turned off lighting and facilities to save on electricity. Even the. Buffet breakfast they only had it once due to lack of guests. Terrible. In the end me and my family hated it that much that we only stayed 3 nights out of 5, left early and went to another hotel in ho chi minh. If it wasn't bad enough at the hotel then trying to talk English to the staff at the front counter was a mission, when we checked out early we asked for our bill at the restaurant and bar for the day the lady told me we didn't have to pay anything and actually have me some money back. On the way to ho chi minh I rang up and wanted to confirm if I had anything to pay again she said no. Then the next day I rang reception again and asked if I had an outstanding amount they said yes you have the bill from the restaurant and bar. They never called me about it I had to contact them. I will never ever go back there again.
