The staff at the rest of the property were nice, but spoke hardly any English. So communication was difficult. And when you finally got the order in it took ages for it arrive. The food for dinner was a disgrace to Vietnamese cuisine, with hardly any flavor. You will find a lot better outside this property. The rooms are noisy, especially with kids next door. We came here for a beach experience, but the beach was severely lacking in being a comfortable place to spend the day. The pool area was quite nice. Luckily we only booked 2 nights.

Staff were really exceptional, regularly and thoughtfully offering assistance and services without having to be asked. Hotel is beautiful and the family room we stayed in was very large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet food was amazing and the restaurant and Cafe food and drinks ranged from good to excellent. When the tide was out and the beach was open for swimming it was great. The pool was good and there is a large kid's pool with a slide that my 7 year old really enjoyed.

The beach had a red flag a couple of times we wanted to swim in the ocean (that might be seasonal thoughl) and the sea comes in quite high at high tide leaving only the hotel's modest beach area open. It is anywhere from 500 meters to a kilometer walk to find a store of any kind and the hotel would really benefit from having a small store on premise. The TV in our living room area was a little on the small side for 2025.

Property was nice and pool area was fantastic.

Room was full of little ants and although staff poisoned the room ants didn’t disappeared. It was difficult to communicate with staff because of their lack of English skills.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant is great. Many vegetarian options, and the price is really good.

Ho tram is changing fast with construction everywhere. Its not a problem but just be aware of it

it is an upcoming resort town of the beginning stages. Beach location is perfect.

The bicycles should be able to ride into town. And there needs to be a convenience store located in or near.

Hotel manager was very responsive when we're complaining about the work construction from the next site. Staff were all very helpful and nice.

There’s a big construction next to the resort. It is pretty annoying if you wanna have a quite place to relax.
