Piękno przyrody w koło hotelu . Szum potoków i widok z balkonu na Śnieżkę . Pyszne śniadania i nowoczesny styl hotelu oraz dużo atrakcji dla dzieci i nie tylko.

W pokojach pomimo sezonu zimowego grzejniki były zimne po wyjściu z pod prysznica było naprawdę zimno.

Lokalizacja hotelu, ogród zimowy, akwarium z rybkami, czysto w pokoju

1. Kije do bilarda wszystkie bardzo zużyte 2. Rakietki do ping-ponga mocno zużyte, jeden komplet na wyposażeniu- ciągle gdzieś gubił się 3. Mały stół do bilarda - siatki trzymające piłkę wszystkie zużyte, nie trzymały piłki, trzeba ręką było podtrzymywać 4. Sala fitnes- nieczynna, brak takiej informacji na stronie hotelu
