Koh Ngai Seafood

Fabulous bungalows close to the beach and close to nature.

The only thing was the room wasn’t cleaned every day but we asked for the room to be cleaned after a couple of days and there was no problem with this. Also they only gave water on the first day. We stayed for a week and it would have been nice to be given water each day.

Bathroom sink needs proper repair. Breakfast included would be a good touch.

I looooooved it. I got a bungalow in the back all by myself. It was clean, had everything I needed. In the bathroom that was an outhouse lives a little frog that was soooo cute. When I said on the porch a little kitty came to visit. The staff is super nice and I liked the boss ladies! Food was amazing. And the part of the beach was the prettiest.

Quiet bungalow, uninterrupted sea view and sea nearby. Run by very helpful and kind family - NOT Seafood! Useful shelving space as well as clothes rail. Hot water. Multinational adaptor electrical points.

Being misled - we booked at Seafood but they sent us to other accommodation (Chom View) 500m further away up the beach without any explanation. We had stayed at original Seafood bungalows in 2023 and 2024, so expected the same. Seafood offered us longtail transfer from the ferry but the ferry company provided it at arrival. At departure, Seafood gave us no help at all, misled us about checkout so we waited for 2 hrs and no one came to collect the luggage, then refused to transfer to the ferry point because we had not bought a ticket from them. Thai hospitality is legendary and normally people are so kind. It was a shock to be treated with such disdain and lack of respect by Seafood. Chom View owner was very helpful in many ways. We are in our 70s and unable to carry luggage any distance along a beach. The owner got a friend to take us and luggage direct to the ferry point.

Beautiful location. Pristine gardens and sandy beaches with a coral reef for snorkeling about 100 m off the beach. Calm waters, great food and lovely people.

The only downside were the beds. They were very hard.

Amazing experience overall! Simple bungalows that have all needed necessities, located right on the beach. The best restaurant on the island and very helpful staff.

The showers have just cold water (which is not per se cold, but definitely not hot)
