Beautiful location in the woods, Clean inside, Detached property, many windows, kitchen appliances and cutleries available. Overall confortable furniture and spacious rooms.

You will be charged additionally for Towels, bed sheets, shampoo, etc.. as they are not included, No room service available along the stay so you will also have to purchase other stuff like toilet paper, water, sugar, tea, etc. At the reception there is a shop that works only a couple of hours during the day time so you may have to travel away to get some toiletries or simply to get your breakfast or a meal. The entrance door handle was not functional on arrival but the on site staff fixed it quikly on our request.

As soon as we arrived at the place, my family loved the area as its quiet and there is a play area for the children, the lodge was clean and we are able to cook.

Very beautiful location. Very close to Bodmin where are plenty of shops and restaurants if needed. Also around 30min drive from beautiful beaches. Lots of different activities for kids nearby ( like a longest slide) Very clean inside, everything you need is there at the property. We rented the bungalow and were surprised about the size of it inside. Very quiet. Is a playground for kids with football area, swing and other. Piggies and chickens are there to view as well. Also you can buy their eggs from the local shop.

Need to bring your bedding, toilet rolls If you want to wash your clothes, there are washing machines and driers, but need to put 50p coins. When we tried to do that it wasn’t taking coins as was full. When we mentioned that have been advised to choose another option (shorter circle, would be great if anybody just emptied the box of coins instead)

The quiet and peaceful atmosphere the lovely wildlife the helpful owners just a great place to unwind the little seating area outside my bungalow hidden by a tree was a lovely haven after being on my motorbike for hours nice to be able to just relax brilliant

The emails from Andrew and Nicola prior to our arrival were really informative and put us at ease. The accommodation was spotless; it was really clean and tidy. The site has a lovely play area for children and you can also visit their chickens and pigs.

We needed more than one toilet roll for the week but when I asked for another role we were told, as we were in self-catered accommodation, we would need to buy that ourselves. I've never stayed in anywhere where I've needed to take toilet roll, even for self-catered. It was a very minor issue but just worth noting to take some with you.

Great location - very peaceful and a real sense of being in nature. The cabin was comfortable and plenty of cooking equipment. Great quality bedding and lovely bathroom.

Nothing about the venue and their support. However booking.com /Hoseasons contact was dreadful. The owner fortunately made contact about road conditions and I was able to get booking in details from that call. I recommend booking via the site directly
