There is nothing that I didn't like.

The property is so beautiful. Located in the heart of Lachung, the Yumthang (room type) balcony gives a mesmerising view of mountains and you can hear waterfall all the time. Rooms are nice with bed warmers so good you can’t complain about freezing night. Property has a genset so that’s another USP. We hadn’t had any blackout issue during our stay like we heard about Lachung. Thanks to Mr Thsuring. Food is amazing. They serve you with great breakfast in the morning and dinner/lunch of your choice. Considering the remote location, they don’t have a variety of food options but cook delicious veg/non veg whole meal with one special veg dish each time. We loved the taste. Service: Property owners Mr. Thsuring and his wife are so hospitable and kind. They made sure to left no stone unturned to make us feel like home. Location: Easily approachable. 150 metres to right from Lachung bridge. Amenities- Geyser, bed warmers, blower on request, and hair dryer (atleast what I think is necessary) Cleanliness and service: I can’t remember the name of guy but he runs miles and forth to cater to your needs. Overall we had a splendid stay and we are so thankful to Mr. Thsuring for going beyond expectations to serve us, help us when we needed and for being such a nice human. Nothing in particular

The location is spectacular - right in Lachung and a short walk up to the monastery. The team at the Country House went out of their way to help, make us feel at home and provide a Sikkimese experience like no other. Lovely dinner both nights we stayed

As described, it gets quite cold and the room is a bit draughty. Everything else was great and while it is a bit expensive, it is mostly understandable given the remote location.

Nothing as such

The room details and facilities posted on portal are misleading. - Hotel is overpriced. They are charging way too much but the facilities at hotel are very basic. - Room was not properly cleaned. There were dead insects and mosquitos, spider web in the room. - For the room price, they dont even have wifi, TV was not working. - Food is average. - No early checkout facility. Reception was closed, even after informing one day in advance. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, had to checkout without informing reception. - There is no watchman or security guard

Location is absolutely fantastic.. Book the 1st floor yumthang cottage or yumesedong cottage for may be one of the best views at Lachung.. All you pay for is the breathtaking view from the room and balcony.. Stunning.. Loved the bed warmer. Very comfortable beds. . The rooms are comfortable enough.

The fooding facilities are very limited and quality of food is very average. So fooding is a huge downside. They are trying very hard on the housekeeping but since its new, they have a lot to do still.. The boy called Abhishek was trying very hard👍. No wifi( can still be excused due to it being a remote place).. Poor mobile network(Jio working fine)
