"Wonderful Resort on a beautiful island"

We were a little disappointed in the size of our first room. When we raised the issue we were told there were no other rooms available. However the next morning we were called and told that something had just come up and we could see it if we liked. The second room was larger and had a sea view. We were offered it at no additional cost. We ate at Segreto twice and the food was excellent.

Our initial encounter with one of the staff was a bit unpleasant. Subsequent interactions were more respectful.
