"Never again not even for free"

The swimming pool and comfortable bed

Worst staff ever.They never great or smiled.Like they get less salary if they threat customers good.Probably a management or owners that’s not very nice to them.They seemed like they didn’t like their job.I booked 2 nights and even thought about booking a different hotel and just lose the money for the second night,it was that bad

"We enjoyed our stay aside from the no free breakfast issue."

Nice & clean resort.

Due to booking.com front booking page it says “Free Breakfast” I assumed that all Guests will have free breakfast the following morning. But sad to say, the Resort Receptionist says it is only for 1 room out of 10 rooms I booked via booking.com. I felt it was misinformation the way booking.com has put before I pay the amount it says Free Breakfast, then when paymeny gine through it is only 1Room has Free Breakfast. The resort staff has said if it was a direct booking to them it will be All Guests will have Free Breakfast. So, I am not booking again via booking.com if they will not resolve the issue. They should specifically says “Free Breakfast for 1Room Only” so we know and we are ready to bring some foods for breakfast. As we assumed all guests will get free breakfast, we never brought anything to eat. I do hope the resort staff also made the guests aware on Check-in rather than on the following morning already.

Swiming pool and Restaurent is deserving to 5 star as shape made food very tasty after showing image shrimp fried rice n onion pakoda … superb tasty

staffs had not given proper information, even they rent the bike but not informed to me , further I was asked to taxi for tagbilaran airport as my booking shown tagbilaran airport however reception had not informed me about said airport is closed now all domestic flights run from panglao whos is 2 km away from hote , without cause I was check out 6 early morning by thinking I need to go 18 k m but actually it’s was just 2 k m … it’s duty to staffs to help tourists but I don’t knew why they hide proper Information….even they are not providing all the facilities just like hotel …. maintenance is poor
