Staff was welcoming and polite, breakfast was on time.

- Not a lot of options for breakfast. - bathrooms/showers water always smelled like sewage. - beds sheets wasn’t replaced. - bathrooms cleaning wasn’t done properly.

Breakfast delivery

We loved how private the villas are and how cared for we felt. You are provided with a whatsapp number to message if you need anything which is very convenient, no need to call a desk just a simple message and someone will come to you within minutes to ensure everything is perfect. After a busy day exploring there is nothing like floating in your own private pool looking at the stars knowing that noone is judging you. Breakfast is amazing and can be delivered on a floating tray and placed in the pool to create those envious photos for family and friends. It is quiet, except for cheeky adorable gecko's at night, which once again helps you to decompress after a busy day. We typically check out of accommodation early because we are excited for our next adventure. But at Pineale Villas we actually changed our ferry ticket time so we could stay until the very last min. I know it is a little more expensive than other options, but for any neurodivergent adult, Pineale Villas is the perfect place for you to self.regulate so you're ready for your next adventure. Just do it, you won't regret it.

There is one unit (4) that has a new building being built next door on an adjoining property. If you were to stay in that unit alone the privacy factor would feel reduced due to the two story building having 2 small windows that look over your courtyard and pool. If privacy is a big draw card for you, simply request not to be placed into villa 4, easy. Everything else is perfect.

The place is super nice and private, the interior design is phenomenal and the private pool great! Staff are super friendly and very accommodating

Location is a bit inconvenient and can be hard to get to but it's not a deal breaker

No signage on main road or along entrance roads to assist in finding the accommodation. Shower water flow was problematic
