Anema Wellness & Resort Gili Lombok - Diving Center PADI

Es war okay aber das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis könnte besser sein. Es ist nicht ein 5 sterne Hotel. Man hat kajak inclusive aber es hat nur 1 auf Lager und wir haben es 2 mal versucht und haben es nicht geschafft, obwohl wir nur 3 Gäste waren der Billiard Tisch war halb kaputt und die Fittness geräte waren sehr alt und defekt .Die Preise im Hotel total überteuert sei das essen, noch die wäsche waschen oder der Roller verleih. Zum glück hat es neben an ein nettes Cafe/Bar wo man auch gut essen kann. Aber wenn .es regnet bleibt nichts anders übrig wie im Hotel zu essen. Ohne roller ist die Lage abseits von allem.

The location is remote and quiet but also, very close to the Gili islands. The staff are excellent. Room is very clean, and the smell of the essences in the room are wonderful. Kayaking at the bay is available. Snorkeling and Scuba Diving tours (with a highly experienced dive-master) are fantastic.

The food is delicious, but the portions are small comparing to the price.

Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté, kousek od ulice kde bylo plno obchodů. Cestovali jsme převážně na skútru který jsme měli pujceny už z přístavu. Nic nebyl problém, komunikace přes whatsapp výborná. Stačilo napsat a hned bylo vyřízeno, personál na 100%. Jídlo super. Převážně jsme měli jen snídaně a skvělé! Měli jsme zaplacené ubytování, byl nějaký problém ze strany hotelu, tak jsme dostali upgrade pokoje bez navýšení ceny. Měli jsme tak vilu se soukromým bazénem. Lepší to ani byt nemohlo! Ubytování na 100% doporučuji

Na nic co by se nám nelíbilo jsme nepřišli. Vše bylo skvělé

The staff were all are amazing, big shout out to Lio!, honestly this place gets most of its stars just from the staff from me. I was also given a free breakfast for the duration of my stay, and a lovely welcome drink which was very lovely. The villas with the private pools are also lovely, very spacious and private.

The location of the property is a little bit isolated, you really need a car/scooter if you want to explore other places which are further. This means it just makes it easier/forces you to get everything from the resort such as food/ tours etc. However in saying so the resort can organise any tours/activity for you which will include transport/arranging a guide for you. I was also disappointed that there were no dairy free options of having plain toasted bread for breakfast. All of the bread was pre-buttered. As I am on a dairy free diet I requested to have my breakfast with plain toasted bread that does not have butter/margarine and was surprised that the resort could not cater for this. Fortunately when I did go for my waterfall tour the love staff member Lio who was very helpful took me to the Mart where I was able to buy my own bread.

Могу сказать что отель великолепен! Чистый, ухоженный, в красивом месте, большой чистейший бассейн, персонал вообще бесподобен! Нас встретили как самых званных гостей:) При заселении дали номер на 2 категории выше, что, безусловно, было очень приятно. Соответственно вместо обычного стандарта мы получили виллу с собственным бассейном. Персонал в ресторане тоже молодцы, всех знали по именам, проявляли постоянное участие, старались помочь как могли. Вообще за время пребывания было столько приятных мелочей, которые запоминаются! Я много где была, в жизни посетила достаточно отелей, всех и не вспомнишь, но такого заботливого и внимательного участия к гостям мало где встречала. Делали массаж в спа и тоже понравилось, у специалиста прекрасные руки! Само место тоже очень живописно и красиво. Мы были всего 4 ночи, было грустно уезжать, но это именно тот случай когда я обязательно найду повод вернуться. Искренне желаю процветания этому прекрасному отелю!

We initially booked a one-week stay at Anema Resort as part of our four-week trip to Lombok, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an additional week. The food is absolutely delicious, the location is serene and picturesque, and the peace and quiet are unparalleled. However, what truly sets Anema Resort apart is the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We can wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. Thank you to the Anema team for making our stay so special—we'll definitely be back!
