"Great staff, nice facilities, good resort especially if you are planning to dive."

Location is fantastic 10minutes from Gili islands by boat. PADI dive centre right in the resort so convenient if you are planning to dive. The staff is super helpful and so nice. Quiet area perfect for relaxing

Food is very average and not super flavourful. It gets pretty boring if you are staying for a few days. Very inconsistent restaurant service. Plan ahead if you are flying to Lombok it is a good 1:45 drive from the airport.

"Great Family Stay"

Die Lage mit direktem Strandzugang war herausragend, insbesondere der flache und damit perfekt für Kinder geeignete Strand. Das Personal war genial im Umgang mit den Kindern und auch generell jederzeit verfügbar und hilfsbereit. Die eigens pro Zimmer eingerichtete WahtsApp-Gruppe hat die Kommunikation rund um alle Anliegen sehr erleichtert. Der Zimmer-eigene Plunge-Pool bietet ein besonderes Gimmick. Tolle und auch preislich angemessene Angebote für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten (kostenloser Verleih von Schnorchelausrüstung, Kajak, etc.). Ein kleiner Strandspaziergang zum benachbarten Bistro bietet nette Abwechslung.

Leider hatte das Restaurant nur einen Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder - selbst in der Nebensaison waren allerdings mehrere Familien mit kleinen Kindern vor Ort. Zum Frühstück gab es (zwar leckere und abwechslungsreiche) Optionen, leider kein Buffet.

Velmi úžasný personál, nešla nám na pokoji klimatizace, okamžitě nám dali jiný pokoj, mohli jsme si i vybrat jaký chceme. Krásné místo, nádherná pláž, bazén, klid.

Ruime en schone villa’s met een grote zwembad. We hebben ontzettend genoten. Na vertrek zijn we de volgende dag weer terug gekomen omdat de hotel waar we heen zouden gaan niet beviel (ook 5 sterren). Anema is wel echt de 5 sterren waardig! De kamer wordt 2 keer per dag schoongemaakt, dat zegt ook al heel wat. Aanrader. Leuk en vriendelijk personeel. Janie was de beste.

Das Personal super freundlich, ruhige Lage, der Pool einfach nur schön, Frühstück super genauso wie Abendessen. Lombok ist wesentlich ruhiger als Bali...auch schön. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und würden immer wieder dieses Hotel auf Lombok wählen!!!
