El desayuno, delante de la playa y muy cerca de las islas gili, el personal suuuper atento y trabajador

Tiene un mantenimiento muy regular, internet es deficiente tuvimos dos noches que no pudimos hacer uso de internet. A veces pensaba que era más un 4* que un 5* pero luego el personal trataba de compensar…,

Schöne Anlage mit großem Pool und sauberem Strand. Auch der privaten Pool des Familienbungalows ist großzügig und sauber. Personal immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren nur eine Nacht zur Überbrückung, wären aber gerne länger geblieben.

Unsere Villa mit Privatpool war sehr schön, der Room Service war sehr gründlich. Das Restaurant war schön gelegen mit vielseitigen Gerichten. Unser Trip zu den Gilis vom Hotel organisiert war auch super. Die kleine Beach Bar neben dem Hotel war sehr süß!

The property is very well maintained gardens and pool. Great that they have projector as TV were you can mirror your phone. Food was really tasty and they give lot of things for free as 15 mnts welcome massage, breakfast and even a day tour for 3 Gili Islands all included with the room. Some nights you can enjoy a nice bonfire at the beach while having dinner.

The wifi is very poor, lost signal every 10 mnts. We got told they make the rooms twice a day, but this just happened the first day. Some of the staff didn’t speak well English and they don’t keep much eye when needed something at the restaurant, also prices at the restaurant are like European prices, knowing that there is nowhere to go around for lunch or dinner if you don’t have your own transport is a bit of a advantage from their side.

Mooi hotel, met fijne ligging aan het strand. Privé zwembad was schoon, kamer ook. “De bioscoop” in de kamer was een pluspunt voor de kids. Ook het personeel, ze hebben onze jarige zoon een fijne dag gegeven! Mega groot ontbijt, restaurant ook top.

Er is wat klein achterstallig onderhoud, maar dat mag naar mijn idee de pret niet drukken

Freundliches Personal und Resort an sehr schöner, ruhiger Bucht

Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. WC-Anlage im Zimmer hat gestunken. Leider spült es viel Abfall in die Bucht, was man dann bei Ebbe sieht. Vom Hotel wurde dies nicht weggeräumt, weshalb wir selber den Abfall eingesammelt haben.

Wonderful hotel, the rooms are really nice, we didn't have a private pool but the main hotel pool is so gorgeous we didn't need one. The restaurant is really excellent, particularly in the evening when they set the tables out on the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's very easy to book diving and snorkelling trips, which pick up on the beach.
