We loved the resort, staff and also the rooms with the view.

We loved the resort. The only thing that would have made the stay much more better would be bigger geysers. The hot water would run out very fast with the current capacity of the geysers.

Great resort in an amazing location. It was really extraordinary to wake up and see all the tea fields. Excellent restaurant with a solid variety of dinner and breakfast options. We didn't test the pool (it was too cold). My room was a newer one and good (even though hot water ran out fast). My brother received the old room that looks like it needs renovation.

Location , Room size and specially to mention the staff behavior. Cleanliness is the one which made me book this resort. A family with 3-4 people can enjoy the atmosphere, the location and everything.
