This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end.

The Location was very nice though tough to find.

The cleanliness of the room. There was a bad odor of insecticide used inside the room the A/C was not working properly. When we woke up in the morning we saw half of the room is wet due to A/C water leakage. Fortunately, our Bag was in the other half of the room.
