Tan Rallt Holiday Park & Spa

Quite location in the day and night, beautiful views, hot tub to keep the children occupied was great.

Check-in was very misleading. Online, it says check-in is at 4 pm. When we arrived, we was told check-in was between 4pm - 6pm and that our caravan wasn't ready, which was very frustrating as we had travelled for 3 hours with 2 small children. When trying to find the location of the caravan, there are no signs to follow, and you can easily get lost. While looking for our caravan, we were shouted at by a cleaner from inside a caravan for apparently going the wrong way. No signs indicated it was a one-way system. And the way she shouted at us was absolutely disgusting. I explained that we were lost, and she still felt the need to speak to us is a vile manor. The lady at reception was brilliant, who dealt with this issue very well. Double bed was very uncomfortable if you're thinking of staying. Bring an extra duvet to sleep on top of. Few pans were dirty and had melted handles Park was very small for small children, but the hot tub kept them occupied.

It was set in a fantastic location overlooking fields with animals in. It was very quiet & relaxing. Nicely decorated lodge.

The shower wouldn’t hold upright on the wall so had to be hand held. The flooring was sunken in, in front of the toilet.

The holiday park is on a very steep hill and as a disabled customer , My partner had to drive to reception etc. Our caravan was fine and its in a good location for North Wales, reception staff werent overly helpful. If you are looking for just a base, then its fine, but the layout isnt helpful for wanting a full holiday park experience and definitely not for disabled guests.

Nice and clean. Modern lodge. The hot tub was nice and totally private. Stunning view. Had eveything you needed and very comfortable. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

It would be beneficial to have an allocated parking spot. We stayed near reception and the restaurant and sometimes it was difficult to find a parking space.
