Bang Nam Kem Resort

The location is by the beach. The staffs are really wonderful and nice. The place is quiet because it is far ,like 20 mins walk from the main road. Flagging taxi can be difficult if you have no app. Room is spacious, have rooms for friends to hang out with while enjoying the sea breeze.Bonus of clothes hanger and hammock! There is a short cut to 7-11, bakery etch just walk along the beach..further up are hotels and massage spas. Flowering plants are nice with birds singing all the time.

The resort needs an upgrade to meet the asking price. No hot shower if you have cold feet, and barely have water coming out of the shower head, mattresses are old as in old, old and dirty, hinges need oiled, Blankets are disappointing too. It looked like cut from a big piece of fabric cut into child sizes. We asked for extra blanket, we got the same size and ends have started to come loose.Bed covers are worn ans one of them was ripped in our room.No flushed toilet. And the water is brown-ish.

On the beach

The property was very dated, quite dirty, ants on the floor wen we arrived, no flush on the toilet, dirty stains on the mattress and one small fleece blanket each, rusty bed stands and one plug socket in the whole room.

There was no wifi in our bungalow, no hot water in the shower, no flush in the toilet, only one (!) outlet
