The BBQ which we considered using was very dirty and stayed that wat throughout our 2 day stay, the toaster didnt work and the fridge was noisy and didnt cool very well which was a pain on a warm day.
AUPeaceful , relaxing, location, interesting property. Helpful reception when collecting key . The property has huge potential and the rooms have been finished with lovely bedding.
Wish the little water feature was working and our blind was broken. It would also be beneficial to have better cutlery and crockery. Information about the area and what was on , in the room was all dated 2024 so not useful.
AUThe surrounds were stunning, the room was very cute & had everything we needed & the location was perfect. Close enough to the Main Street but far enough away that you felt like you were in your own world!
The room we were in shared both walls with other rooms & there wasn’t much sound proofing so you could hear everything other guests were doing. The internet also didn’t work which wasn’t a major drama as we just used hot spot.

Rain from the tree sounded like a possom trying to get into the tin roof. The hot water system sounded like a truck coming up the drive! Had trouble preparing food in the microwave// not enough dishes.
AUThe location - perfect for access to the MTB trails. It is close to town, but far enough to make it peaceful and quiet. The kangaroos visit the lawns every day.
The place could be marketed better to mountain bike riders, being next to the park. Not a problem, but the owners are doing themselves a disadvantage.
