Great location, great people, great food, fantastic staff, great country I would 100% stay there again

Odd smell from bathroom drain but informed them on last day. Soaps and shampoo not very good and not sufficient for 2 people so we bought our own from Newtons but didn't mind.

Mr. Alex is a courteous person who welcomed us, but that was end of the good part. From thereon started the rude behaviour of all other staff. Any service request was looked upon as additional task and delayed forever. Ali is worst of all.

We asked about bathtub, refrigerator etc which was in pictures but was missing in room. They told us they would offer the room with those facilities to us if we agreed to cancel the Booking.com booking and check-in directly so that they wont have to pay to Booking.com, which was ridiculous and plain cheating in my view. Their breakfast time starts at 8.30 am which is way too late and this isn't mentioned anywhere in booking website. There is no service at all, not even tea before that and they are pretty rude about it. Also, on one day breakfast got over by 9.15, and Ali simply told my friend that breakfast is over - no concern for guest, no apologies, plain rude statement that it is over. When we insisted to talk to Alex, he came and ordered some breakfast from outside. This was the worst stay I have ever had on a vacation.

It's a great place to stay in candolim, The beach is very close to the property walking distance of 5 minutes only. Breakfast was good as well. The owner of the property Mr Alex is a very nice person, he called me to know my arrival time and even called me after I landed at the airport so my room was ready by the time I reached the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay at the resort coqueiral.

The place was very nice, clean and neat. The staff is very helpful , polite and very good. The best part is it was very close to the beach - walking distance. Very well maintained property.
