Good location. Great home cooked food and lots of it. Owners and staff were really helpful with booking of some events. 30 min walk from Kalpetta.

No gym WiFi a bit slow Property a little bit dated - but it’s fine. Pool is a bit small.

Peccato non si possa dare un punteggio più alto di 10....proprietari di una gentilezza fantastica, staff competente e amichevole. Mi sono sentita accolta come un membro della loro famiglia , sempre pronti ad aiutarti e a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza e desiderio. Posto fantastico , rilassante , in neanche 10 min di tuc tuc sei nel centro di Kalpetta. Cucina casalinga eccepzionale , camera spaziosa e pulita, servizi eccelenti. Non riuscirò mai a ringraziare abbastanza a questa meravigliosa famiglia ( staff compreso) per tutto quello che avete fato per me! Grazie di cuore e a presto. Mi mancate tutti quanti . I found the description on booking.com a bit misleading. I would not describe this in any way as a 'resort'. More a boutique luxury homestay. It is small and cosy, homely but also stylish.

This is a boutique hotel with just 9 rooms run by a couple. Not perfect and not 4 star, in my opinion, but comfortable. The deluxe rooms are very spacious. If you are looking to retreat yourself in a quiet environment, then this is a perfect place. The owners are very creative in the setup and you'll find many areas to discover walking around the premise. Nice garden with many collected objects which are placed around. There is a swimming pool, but we didn't get the time to use it. Owners and staff are very nice and friendly. They'll do all to provide you a good stay. Breakfast was also good and you can ask them if you need something special.

It is located a bit off-road. Need a car to reach the premise. Takes 5 minutes to get hot water. Bathroom cleaning can be better, especially the tiles. They should be shining.
