Staff is amazing, lovely pool, amazing rooms, it was great to have a small kitchen, breakfast had a smallish selection but the location was beautiful

Beds could be softer

The resort is stunning ! We had the chance to stay there while it was not full and we could enjoyed the entire resort in a peaceful atmosphere ! I have to say that the staff were amazing and especially Robert who was very kind and helpful !

L’endroit est très paisible. Les espaces verts sont magnifiques. Très bien entretenu. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. La plage est très belle. C’est un endroit parfait pour se reposer. La direction de l’hôtel est également très arrangeante. Nous avions notre vol très tard le soir. On nous a laissé la possibilité de rester et de profiter de la structure toute la journée. Le restaurant est excellent. La piscine près de la plage est au top !

À marée basse, on ne peut pas se baigner. Mais c’est comme ça partout sur la côte Est.

Our stay at Mwezi Boutique Resort was truly wonderful. The hotel is located directly on a beautiful beach with an amazing ocean view. The atmosphere is very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are large, comfortable and have spacious bathrooms. Housekeeping was excellent and everything was kept very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Every time we had a question or a small request, it was handled very quickly and professionally. We would especially like to thank the hotel manager, Mara. During our stay, the war between Iran, the United States and Israel started, and many flights were suddenly cancelled, including ours. It was a very stressful and uncertain situation for us, but Mara helped us tremendously. She assisted us with different arrangements, helped us find solutions during this difficult moment and was always supportive, professional and kind. Thanks to her help, the situation became much easier for us and we are truly grateful for everything she did. At one point we had a small issue with the air conditioner in our room, but the hotel reacted immediately and moved us to a larger room while the issue was being fixed, which we really appreciated. The pool is clean and well maintained, and all common areas of the hotel are beautiful and very well cared for. The whole place has a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The only small suggestion would be that the breakfast could have a bit more variety for guests who stay longer. The food is good and sufficient, but after several days it becomes a little repetitive. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a beautiful place, the staff truly care about the guests, and the service is at a very high level. If you are looking for a charming beachfront hotel with great service, this is an excellent choice.

Le calme de l'hôtel ainsi que de la plage

Ez a szálláshely egyszerűen fantasztikus, a medence a környezete, tele gyönyörű pálmafákkal, a medencéket minden reggel takaritották, mindig tiszta volt. Személyzet kedves segítőkész. Mara a menedzser mindig a kedvünkben járt,  bármi gondunk volt megoldotta. A kertben majmocskák is voltak. Este gyönyörűen ki van világítva. Házassági évfordulónk alkalmából még meglepetés is kaptunk a szobánkba plusz masszázs és egy koktél volt az ajándék. Ha legközelebb Zanzibárra jönnék biztos hogy megint ide jönnék.

A booking.hu miatt volt egy kis kavarás, de Mara ügyesen megoldotta 😊 mindenhová ilyen menedzser kellene.
