The rooms were perfect. Very clean, and we were very comfortable.

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours agréable et attentionné. Le cadre est tout simplement majestueux, avec deux piscines absolument incroyables. Le restaurant est génial et nous nous sommes régalés tout au long du séjour. Seul petit point à améliorer : le petit-déjeuner, qui pourrait être revu, mais cela n’enlève en rien à l’expérience globale qui a été quasi parfaite. Mention spéciale à Mara, qui a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin : toujours disponible, réactive et aux petits soins dès que nous avions besoin d’elle. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs magnifiques et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Beautiful bungalows, nice architecture and decoration. The staff at the restaurant is excellent.

Need to improve the check-in and check-out process. They told us they would send a WhatsApp message as soon as our room was ready, but that never happened. We also asked for help with our luggage, and the receptionist kept forgetting to call someone to assist us. I ended up carrying my luggage all the way to my room. The same thing happened again during the checkout process. And to call for a taxi was other disappointing story ..

Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 notti ed è stata una esperienza sensazionale. Il resort é pittoresco ed in ottima ubicazione. Camere bellissime,spaziose e pulite. Le piscine sono piacevoli e ben tenute e l’intera area é perfettamente curata. Il ristorante é sublime,con ampia scelta e con un atmosfera rilassante e unica. Menzione d’onore per tutto lo staff, sempre sorridenti ed accomodanti (housekeeping, reception, cucina, pulizie) ed in particolare a Mara, la manager del resort che gestisce tutto in maniera impeccabile ed è sempre disponibile. Qualsiasi eventuale problematica o richiesta è sempre accolta e risolta nel giro di pochissimo tempo. Abbiamo inoltre fatto delle escursioni organizzate dal resort, inutile dire che sono state eseguite in maniera ottima e la cifra è più che ragionevole per i servizi offerti. In breve ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo a casa nostra,esperienza da 10 e lode. Se cercate un posto rilassante ed accogliente che dia un assaggio della vera Zanzibar, lontana dai resort di massa, questa è senza dubbio la scelta migliore possibile. Altamente raccomandato.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Die kleinen Suiten direkt am Pool sind sehr schön. Der Pool ist unglaublich. Allgemein ist es sehr ruhig.
