Sehr schönes Hotel in Koh Lanta mit allem Komfort was man braucht. Etwas ab vom Schuss, alles Wichtige jedoch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal sehr nett. Pool und Zimmer sehr schön. Bequeme Betten. Ausgerichtet auf schwedische Familien. Für ein paar Tage zum Ausspannen (wir reisen viel umher) passt es absolut.

Typische "all inklusive" Abfertigung beim Essen, da kommt wenig Thailand Feeling auf. Abend inklusive Musik Beschallung. Wir haben deshalb außerhalb gegessen, da wir es authentischer bevorzugen. Hotelgäste mit Alkoholflaschen im Pool.

Breakfast was fine but similar every day which is not bad.

Our room was on the ground floor, better is to have one on the 1st floor.

We booked the villa (the most expensive room) expecting a 5-star experience, but it felt more like a 3-star stay. The room appeared not properly prepared or unused. It was covered in dust (curtains, bed, corners). There were many mosquitoes, yet no mosquito repellent or electric killer was provided. We had to buy our own. Two days later, the cleaner removed the mosquito net from our bed, which clearly shows the hotel knew about the mosquito issue but did not ensure the room was ready before our arrival. The hotel feels very old and poorly maintained. There were no power sockets by the bedside and a sign saying they could not be moved. Privacy was poor, as people could see into our room from the pool area. There were no complimentary drinks in the room (no tea, coffee, or kettle), only two bottles of water per day, despite booking the villa. The room was very dark, and the outdoor shower and toilet were not clearly communicated (feel like people can look in on us). The room can not be left open or look like the photos shown on the booking site, which felt misleading. (As mosquito might come in) Breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded. Coffee machines were not working, much of the food looked dry, cold, and soggy, as if left out too long. Overall, this hotel is not a 5-star property and is overpriced for what is offered. Book with caution.

Denizin dibinde ve denizi de havuzu da güzeldi. Kahvaltısı normaldi, açık büfe şeklinde. Yataklar rahat, oda büyük. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Daha önceki otelimiz tüm ulaşımlarımızda bize yardımcı olmuştu aynı şeyi bekledik ama bu otel bize ulaşmadı.
