The toilet had a bad flushing system, it wouldn't flush right away, took few flushes to actually get rid of all. The pillows were too hard.

It's not on the beach per se (no view) but it's pretty close. However there's no chairs or anything. That's about it.

It was windy, and since the "Please clean the room" sign kept getting blown away, they never cleaned the room in the 5 days I stayed there. They just literally stepped over the sign that fell on the ground and put some water bottles and TP by the door. They apparently did that to every other bungalow. There weren't any screens on the always-open window in the bathroom so bugs were a problem. The mattress was pretty stiff and I'm pretty sure it once had bed bugs (you could see the telltale black spots).

The staff was great. They were helpful, and supportive. I had stomach problems during my stay but my family really enjoyed the location in front of the beach, easy access to restaurants and laundry and travel agents all walking distance (which in Lanta is difficult to find).

That I didn't get to enjoy it because I was sick (but my family did). . Also, you're staying in a remote island, so set your expectations, anything I didn't like was because it's a remote jungle island.

Location was great, just close to the Long Beach. Bungalow was fine and bathroom just ok. Just perfect when you plan on staying most of the time on the beach and activities.

We were not told when we came that they clean up our room only if we put the clean up sign on the door. So after wondering three days we asked and got cleaning and changing towels and sheets

Great location, a short walk to the beach. The staff were really friendly. Room was comfortable - air con and WiFi worked well. Note that the google maps location is incorrect - it is actually located at the end of Travellers Lane. Local taxis seem to know this but if you’re coming yourself put Mr Wee into the GPS.

Bathroom was functional but very basic - it worked though. The doors all jam and don’t seal - we sprayed bug spray around the outer door and this seemed to keep the insects at bay but could be an easy fix.

Location is neary to the long beach and no breakfast provide but you can find it nearby, but i will recommand to rent motobike to looking for more option if you really care about breakfast/lunch/dinner

Very nice hotel, near the Beach, the room are spacious. The team was very nice, thank you Ti.

The bungalows were very close to a beautiful beach. It was also right by a very chilled beach bar/restaurant. The ambience was very calm and no noise. Originally booked a short stay in a room, but upgraded to a bungalow and stayed a fair bit longer. The staff was very helpful especially Ti but all of them went out of their way to help us when needed
