Camp Della rooms are situated on a hill. Access to the tents is through stairs. Personal vehicles will not be permitted within the premises. Internal transport will be provided up to the nearest pick up and drop off point. Drivers are not allowed to sleep in the car in the parking lot and drivers’ accommodation is available for an additional cost of INR 2,500 + Taxes per night included breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the designated venue. Driver accommodation would be subject to availability at the time of check-in. Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms post 19.00 hrs. Post 19.00 hrs extra occupant charges would be applicable and the Visitor must register with the front desk with a valid photo ID.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Good location and our welcome was very nice at the property.

Promises were not met, they said they'd deliver a cake, which they did not. often times calls would go unanswered. there was no hot water during the day to shower. The room they shifted to next had a drainage issue in the washroom and it got flooded. The wifi there was terrible for the most basic things. The door lock wouldn't work. inside walls had fungus and it felt like the property was not maintained.

An awesome property at best location . The rooms were comfy with luxurious interiors.

Swimming pool wasn’t good . They should renovate the swimming pool . No one was using it due to unclean and outdated

The property is beautiful and the activities for kids are great. Family had a great time inspite of the rain!

1. Breakfast buffet is so crowded it’s impossible to even get a table for half an hour. Getting food from the live counters takes equally long. 2. We booked a villa and the bathrooms were very poor. There were no hand showers at all which made traveling with children very unnecessarily difficult. 3. There is loud music and partying at night with no consideration for guests who are not participating. Loud dance music played till almost 1 AM on the last night we stayed there. 4. Wait staff at certain restaurants were quite rude and service was poor.

I celebrated my son's birthday there...food, stay everything was great... satisfied

Indoor game facility should be there...as it was raining badly so we couldn't enjoy the stay fully
