Das Personal und Management war sehr freundlich. Es war sehr ruhig und ein sehr schöner Aussenbereich. Einmal haben wir auch zu Abend gegessen und es war wirklich unglaublich gut.

Alles sehr gut.

The staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate with transfers and make me feel at home.

L’établissement est idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours (Monopoli, Ostuni, Alberobello, etc) Super accueil de la part de Mary et Andrea! Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse!

Nous avons dormi dans un Trulli, il faudrait, vu du prix quand même élevé du séjour, mettre des luminaires qui éclairent mieux et changer la porte qui est d’époque. En bref un bon rafraîchissement est nécessaire. De plus le ménage n’était pas fait correctement, nous en avons fait part à Mary qui en a pris bonne note.

Stay away from this place!!After a horrible stay at this subpar place that looks more like a low end B&b than a hotel, after spending a lot of money for bad rooms without even WiFi and terrible services, they fraudulently charged us 300$ a month after the stay!!For no reasons without asking approval and obviously storing our credit card info and trying to rob us even further!!!After submitting photos and evidence to booking, they penalized this “hotel” and fined them!!Don’t be fooled by the pictures that are totally deceiving, this is a 2 stars hotel at best, run with incompetence and without any love for tourism hosting and interest in the satisfaction of their guests!The owner is a money hungry guy who employs his underage daughters and is a scam artist that will fraudulently charge your credit card for no reasons and without approval a month after your stay!! Do yourself a favor and find a credible place that won’t ruin your vacation and rob you of your hard earned money!

Colazione, piscina, ambiente immerso nel verde, pulizia, staff gentile

Todo perfecto. El desayuno excelente, variado y de calidad. Muy buen tamaño de la habitación, para 3 personas adultas. Todo muy limpio, tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes. La piscina ideal. Cenamos un día allí y todo era de mucha calidad. La amabilidad y la cercanía del personal son destacables, sobretodo de Andrea, que nos hizo sentir como en casa. El entorno es espectacular, la finca con los árboles frutales, los trullis, la decoración de la habitación muy acertada.

Por ponerle un pero, no tuvimos wifi ningún día, pero no fue culpa del hotel, había una avería debido a una tormenta. Además en el hotel se ofrecieron para prestarnos su wifi de emergencia si fuera necesario.
