Location.

Rooms and bathroom are not enough lit, I suggest add more lights. It's too good in the photo but not in personal.

Very close to the beach for surfing.

We need to ask for all amenities and no daily cleaning.

Cloud 9 is just at the back of the property

We were asked to pay for a lost towel which was hanged on the drying rack provided outside the room...the most ridiculous part is how much they charged for the towel (which is if course already been used many times)... 1000php for an old towel... for a family that already paid 40k plus for the accommodation...

The location has access to the Cloud 9 beach. It is along the Tourist road and is near popular bars and restaurants.

The toilet does not have a door lock.

We were shocked by the terrible conditions at this property. There were rats as big as cats roaming around, which made me too afraid to leave anything outside. The cockroaches were huge and everywhere, and there were ants crawling inside the room. The hygiene situation was completely unacceptable and you get no value for money here. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t seem to care in improving things on the property. On top of all that, we were charged for a broken key. This was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, and I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

breakfast we ordered is delicious and the location was strategic for me bec it is near from cloud 9 and other establishments that could make us do the walking in buying our different needs during our stay

no provision of aircon in case of brown out...alternate time in using the genset to turn on the lights and do our charging time of our gadgets...very poor services because the quests like us could not sleep every night during our stay, for 5 pax in a rom only 1 elec fan was provided and its not the fan that could function as to rotate while using...so sad that we paid an aircon room but even once in 5 days of our stay we could not experience aircon thats why i emailed to booking.com to refund us in compensation of no aircon provision for our whole duration of stay that caused us very stress every nyt and also the water flows is by schedlued basis 😭😭
