Pulangbato Falls Mountain Resort

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The highlight of our stay were the waterfalls, they were amazing! Right after they close to daytripers, we had the pool all to ourselves. Would definitely comeback again.

The bathroom needs a bit of maintenance.

The staff were so accommodating. They let us check-in even when it isn't 2pm yet considering that we will check out naman at 6am.Very helpful 👏🏻

the unique bedroom which has natural rock inside it. the room was facing the waterfalls. the location is quite far from the city and Valencia town so public transport is scarce, you need to arrange a special trip or hire a car to get there. its still worth the trip to see the 2 waterfalls plus the swimming pools.

the fact that the staff did not see in their system that I have booked thro booking.com site. it felt like they just put me in a room which was vacant. wireless internet only work near the store area.

We like the view..it’s very relaxing

I was surprised by the view and the amenities. Our rooms were nice and clean and modern despite being in a secluded place. The option to be able to cook your own food was definitely a plus especially if you rent the gazebo house. There was ample of space for a whole family and barkada outing.

It’s not that we didn’t like it but the complimentary breakfast could definitely be improved like add some more fruits and variants rather than the typical plain breakfast corned beef and egg with garlic rice and coffee during our stay. Nevertheless, the stay was wonderful.

It’s very nice place to unwind with nature and even it’s in the mountain they have wifi and nice rooms with nature ambiance like in Cayla & Syke rooms with big rocks on the wall. First time in our experience 😍🥰😎
