Just everything, located perfectly for the kite Spot, Great people, super friendly staff in every perspective, hospitality on a next level, Pool is very nice to Hang around, the bar serves great cocktails, rooms are clean and comfortable

Very nice and chill vibe! Loved the atmosphere in the resort. And that you’re allowed to use the pool from the neighbouring property. The breakfast is truly amazing!

It‘s very close to the lagoon but when you want to get to the beach, it‘s a very long walk. Also it‘s not so close to the city but that’s just how it is in Kalpitiya I guess.

"Honest review"

Super nice team and manager. Good kite teachers. Clean. Complementary water. Nice bar for evening gatherings. Volleyball field.

But as an honest review: 1. It is overpriced for Sri lanka 2. They add 100% service charge on the booking price, which is almost criminal. So will be highlighted to booking. (it only appears to be way cheaper in the listings compared to others) 3. It is really basic. The only upside is the nice team, without it would be a clear 4/10. (in relation to the price)

Run by very friendly and welcoming people and staff. Great location for kite surfing, located directly at the lagoon. Delicious food at the buffet but also a la cart possible. All in all a great stay.
