"Good relaxing stay"

Location is very beautiful. Although its an hassle to get from Kochi airport but the hassle worth it. The second part was the food, its even better than Leela Kovalam, where we went afterwards. The cycling and afternoon tea was equally great. Lastly, the staff are wonderful. Doing everything in capacity to help.

The Christmas eve party was the most boring one I went to, looked more like a new year’s party as there was nothing Christmas about it. While it was included in room rate but for any outsider the price doesn’t worth it. Food at party was ok (food at restaurant was even better), mocktails were bad (too sweet and weird taste by mixing odd ingredients). There were no Christmas carols or songs but unexpectedly Bollywood music (and that too nothing to do with Christmas)! Given the size of resort the pool area is rather tiny.

“Everything was absolutely perfect – a true dream vacation. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with a breathtaking location right by the lake. The atmosphere was peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing. The staff were outstanding – warm, attentive, and professional – and made us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious and of very high quality. Every detail was taken care of, and the entire experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended – I would love to come back!”

"Amazing stay with great facilities and staff !"

The premises and the facilities for game room, kids play area , tea stall and the sunset boat ride was awesome . The staff was exceptional and were pleasant and quick when we raised requests.

We stayed at the private pool villa suite . But the pool isn’t exactly private but I understand the reason is to give a view of the sunset.
