Brilliant 5 Star Hotel with lovely kind and helpful staff all around the hotel. Restaurant staff were one of the best I've experienced. A large selection of food choice for all meals. Location not much for touring around but a brilliant hotel if you want to enjoy it's 5star stay. Room staff very well trained. All staff just cannot stop smiling and offering help of any kind. I'm very glad that I chose this hotel for my stay on Kerala.
