There was nothing not to like

Location was remote, facilities were run down, room conditions were dated. Was getting ready for an event and turned the housekeeping away, but they never came back for the rest of the five days to replenish towels or empty garbage or remove dirty dishes . Door to the room was coming off of the frame so slept with a chair in front of the door. Dead Cockroaches in room. Air conditioning broke at midnight on last night. Pool leaking onto stairs down to the beach. Beach shower out of service. No welcome or explanation of facilities upon arrival. Most of the staff seemed ill trained in how to accommodate guests. Room safe non functional. AC in workout room broken, trash on areas of the Beach - seemed unkept. Bees everywhere during meals..I could go on.

The food as there is no where to go around the prices of the food are very high

Location of the hotel. But definely the diré road need to be pavment..

Amazing oceanfront location, friendly staff.

1. Weak or nonexistent WiFi in the room; 2. loud A/C unit in the room, had to turn it off at night in order to sleep 3. Restaurant food mediocre except for Mexican dishes, which were excellent.

This is a great property in an excellent location. We only booked for one night and wished we had stayed longer. The beach and see were fantastic (particularly as there was no wind) with great snorkelling. Staff were all very friendly and food was good.

Nothing, although the instrumental Christmas music coming from the (less used / second) restaurant, in May, was a bit annoying 🤣🤣🤣
