I thought its (Porto Amer)Resort management who is renting chalets but i found out its a broker for private hosts who is dealing with us, the location( as Porto) is good and well organised,we checked in after taking the bracelets and paying 400 le insurance, reimbursed after checking out. The unit itself is fair not bad the kitchen equipments is old and not so clean, beds are okay.

Electricity cut off for 5 hours in the hot weather in our first morning ,air conditioners and lights were totally died for whole 5 hours as the broker did not charge it enough before we arrive (pre paid electricity meter) and the broker Mr Omar was not picking up our calls after we reached him he fixed it after an extra hour waiting, instead of apologising he mentioned that we should pay for electricity but he generously wont cost us that and the was not mentioned on booking & was so rude !!!!!!!!!! ( ps: i got video for elec.cut off but no video upload allowed only pictures) No baskets in toilets or kitchen or whole chalet no hangers in wardrobe no wash rack no batteries for TV remote,we told the broker he brought only batteries and a wash rack and ignored the rest.
