Disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel, cadre magnifique, petit déjeuner de qualité, emplacement au calme.

Nous étions au premier étage et l'eau de la douche mettait énormément de temps à chauffer sans doute dû à notre chambre très reculée dans le complexe... Il n'y avait pas non plus de coffre-fort à disposition dans la chambre.

This was a very special place to stay. What a wonderfully well designed place. The staff were amazing answering very swiftly any questions we had and the use is the resort drive was really really useful for popping down the road to our favourite cafe, that did the best pizza! (Din cafe next to the 7 Eleven). Was amazing hearing all the frogs at night and the way the lush greenery is kept watered is just beautiful. Breakfast was open for a long time and was nice and varied, including fresh omelettes being made to order. Yum!

The property is beautiful and the rooms are huge. It’s out in the jungle which is lovely and very quiet. The staff was so kind and helpful with every need.

It was a bit far from things like places to eat. We ended taking grabs into the city and eating there or bringing back snacks. There was water provided though and vending machines with snacks available.

Beautiful surroundings. The only thing I didn't like was the tea and coffee supplies were small but all good otherwise

The location and overall maintained facility wrt ambience and greenery and trees was superb. The staff was very helpful, well informed and took extra efforts to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and it served our purpose. We were also given takeaways when we had to check out early or leave for day tours. Appreciate it :)
